For Best Usage!! Wash area with hot water, dry area than heavily coat numb cream on targeted area of the skin. Once applied than wrap the area with plastic wrap to hold the numb cream in place. Let numb cream stay on and wrapped for a minimum of 1hr and 30 mins for best results!(THE LONGER YOU WAIT THE BETTER!!!) Results do vary per customer! Can last from 1hour up to 4hrs if applied correctly.
